There once was an enchanted, magical world hidden away in the middle of a smoky city where the stories of Grimms' were brought to life.
Our Mad Ferret team have been beavering away over the last few weeks sprinkling a bit of magic over the East London iconic rooftop bar The Queen of Hoxton.
As Once Upon a WigWam opens to the public this week we thought we'd let you into a bit of the thought process which went into creating this wondrous winter wigwam hideaway. Joe Adams lets us into some of his initial ideas and design process.....
Rather than snapping off a piece of the gingerbread house inspired bar, we advise you to stick to the food and drink on offer. We can confirm - it is delicious....
How to.... create every kid (and adults) dream treehouse strategically placed inside a wigwam.
Start by meandering through hanging clocks and apples, branches laced with ivy and meadow flowers, look out for watchful faces amongst the golden trees and settle in for the evening in front of the fire with a mug of The Big Bad Buttered Rum and marshmallows ready to roast.
So come and perch upon a toadstool, climb the treehouse, or prop yourself up at the gingerbread house inspired bar....prepare to enter and get lost in this fantastical forest.
